Tranquilo & trust
You probably have questions. Good.
Tranquilo can involve money, personal information, important errands and things you may be asking someone thousands of kilometres away to handle on your behalf.
We would have questions too.
So instead of hiding the uncomfortable ones inside an FAQ, we’d rather answer them properly.
Ask the difficult questions. We built Tranquilo knowing you would.
Don’t trust us because we told you to. Understand how this works and decide for yourself.
Anyone can say “trust us.” We think the more useful question is:
Why should you?
Tranquilo is being built around visibility, communication, confirmation and accountability.
You should know what is happening with your request, what money is being spent, what was completed and what happens when something does not go according to plan.
We don’t expect blind trust.
We intend to earn it.
01
We make sure we understand what you actually need before running off to do it.
02
You should know what is happening with your request.
03
Where money, purchases or important actions are involved, appropriate records and confirmation matter.
04
“Almost done” is not done. You should know when the request has actually been completed.
If we cannot responsibly handle something, we’ll tell you.
If something changes, we’ll tell you.
If something goes wrong, we’ll tell you.
Tranquilo only works if the person on the other side feels informed, respected and in control.
Why we built this
Tranquilo began with a frustration familiar to Zambians at home and abroad: getting something done shouldn’t require blind trust, endless chasing or wondering where your money went.
