Third-party costs such as purchases, tradespeople, parts, transport, couriers, materials and external service providers are billed separately and approved by you.
Large or unusually complex projects may be separately scoped before work begins.
What counts as a request?
A request is one defined outcome. For example: “Please arrange someone to repair Mum’s leaking kitchen tap.” That remains one request even if Tranquilo has to make several calls to sort it.
A major renovation, construction project or similarly complex assignment is a project and may be separately scoped.
